We do not recommend using the Hop 'N' Play outdoors. It’s compact and portable design is made to fit perfectly in most spaces! However, if you choose to please ensure you place a rug under the product so it is not in direct contact with any abrasive surfaces.

Use a damp cloth with water to wipe the surface. DO NOT use any products that are flammable or toxic.

Make sure the Hop 'N' Play is completely dry before rolling up and store in the provided bag. Store the bag in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

A slight sag in the top arms is completely normal — and actually intentional! The inflatable structure is designed this way to allow for safe pressure redistribution while your child is jumping. This prevents overinflation or popping and keeps the bounce house durable over time.

As long as:
• The pillars are upright,
• The base feels firm, and
• The structure stands tall overall,

…your Hop ‘N’ Play is fully inflated and ready for use. The arms are not meant to be completely rigid like the corners or pillars.
