A. The product is designed for indoor use. It can be used outdoors however, a mat should be used to avoid abrasive materials directly under the material. The Arch-O-Rama is designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Q. What age group is the Hop-n-Play House best for?
A. The Hop-n-Play House is perfect for children aged 2 to 6 years old. It offers a fun, safe, and interactive play environment ideal for toddlers and preschoolers.
Q. Does the playhouse require assembly?
A. The Hop ‘N’ Play inflates within 2 minutes. It has a built in electric blower making assembly a breeze. This is where we can put that video of me showing it like I did on Instagram on the home page potentially.
Q. Is the Hop-n-Play House safe for kids?
A. Absolutely. The playhouse is made from non-toxic, child-safe materials and meets Australian safety standards. All edges are rounded, and the structure is sturdy to ensure safe play.

A. Material is soft, non-toxic PVC.
Q. Can the Hop-n-Play House be used indoors as well?
A. Yes! While it’s designed for indoor use, its lightweight and compact design makes it suitable for indoor play areas as well. Recommended for indoor use.
Q. Does it come with a warranty?
A. Yes, the Hop-n-Play House includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing (factory) defects only. Please refer to our warranty policy for full details.
Q. How do I clean and maintain the playhouse?
A. Simply wipe it down with a Damp cloth with warm water. Do not use any toxic or flammable materials. Baby wipes can also be used (without alcohol content).

A. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse for fast, reliable delivery across the country.
Q. Is there free shipping within Australia?
A. We charge a flat-rate shipping fee based on your location:
- $25 AUD for most Australian states (NSW, VIC, QLD)
- $35 AUD for WA, SA, TAS and other areas where courier rates are higher
- $99 AUD for New Zealand
We don’t offer free shipping — instead, we’ve kept rates as low and fair as possible based on real courier costs. All orders come with tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
