Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is an issue with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@minirhaeplay.com.au to initiate the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions: This policy does not cover returns for items purchased due to a change of mind.
Pre-Order Items
Some products sold on our website are offered as Pre-Order items. This means the product is not currently in stock and will be manufactured and shipped at a later date.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Estimated Dispatch Timeframe
The estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Our current pre-order dispatch window is:
Approximately 60–90 days from the date of purchase
This timeframe is an estimate only and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, freight delays, port congestion, or customs processing outside of our control.
Cancellations (Change of Mind)
Because pre-orders secure stock from a limited production run, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once placed.
Delays & Inability to Supply
IIf we are unable to dispatch your order within a reasonable time beyond the stated timeframe, or we cannot supply the product, you will be offered the option to:
• wait for an updated dispatch timeframe, or
• receive a full refund.
This is provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Product Refinements
From time to time minor improvements or refinements may be made to a product prior to shipment (for example reinforcement updates or small design adjustments). These do not constitute a fault or major change to the product.
Combined Orders
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available unless separate shipping is purchased.
Consumer Guarantees
All purchases — including pre-orders — are covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
