Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is an issue with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@minirhaeplay.com.au to initiate the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover returns for items purchased due to a change of mind.
